We are still smiling ear to ear after our conversation with her — yes we are talking about two-time Olympian Perdita Felicien.

A 10-time national champion in the 100m hurdles, Olympian at Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004, Canadian record-breaker in 2004, author of an amazing book – My Mother’s Daughter A Memoir of Struggle and Triumph, mother, speaker, and now add: host of Tokyo Today during the Olympics, to her already IMPRESSIVE list of accolades, and achievements — Perdita is UNSTOPPABLE!

Listen as we sit down with Perdita and talk about childhood adversity and resiliency, racism in Canada, her courageous and brave mother, reemergence into a second career, finding a voice later in life, infertility & becoming a mother later in life, and so much more.
